Even better when half the ingredients are given to you by someone… makes it taste better 😉
Rhubarb Crumble:

Stew together 6-8 big stalks of rhubarb, slicely finely / 4 large apples, peeled and chopped / 8 or so plums, pipped and chucked in – for about half an hour on high, or till all nicely mushy. Add sugar at the end so you don’t have to add as much – I put in about 1.5 cups of brown sugar so it’s got that honeyish sweetness that white sugar doesn’t give you.

Make crumble out of a cup of flour / a cup of brown sugar / a cup of rolled oats / a shake of coconut / 2 large tbsp butter or marg / a squirt of water to bind – mush the butter in with the back of a spoon till it is rubbed in enough that there are no big butter chunks, then add enough water so it jsut starts to clump into balls as you keep mushing.

Fill up the base of a big baking dish with stewed fruit, and sprinkle the crumble mix over the top. 30m in a warm over 180deg. yum.
